The two Austrian filmmakers Ramon Pachernegg and Jasmine Wagner have visited SEKEM several times in recent years, among others on behalf of the SEKEM Friends Austria for a film portrait on the association. After their last visit in March, they made a very informative 35-minute new SEKEM film portrait from the footage collected over the past three years, including wonderful insights and in-depth interviews. The film “SEKEM – The miracle in the desert” sheds light on the philosophical and practical background of this exceptional initiative whose example highlights highly explosive topics such as climate change, sustainable economy management, energy supply, awareness development, and future-oriented perspectives,” says the video description.
