A year and a half had to pass before it was finally possible for the entire team of the Knowledge Hub for Organic Agriculture in North Africa (KHNA) to meet in person. The project to promote knowledge transfer on sustainable agriculture in North Africa and coordinated by SEKEM Friends Germany. Since 2019 World Cotton Day is celebrated on the 7th of October for its importance economically and socially. The world uses more cotton than any other fiber and all parts of the plants are useful in many industries.
